RETURN And EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange policy:
Customer need to inform about exchange within 3 days of delivery to be eligible.
In case of exchange we will send you the item and when rider comes hand him over the item you want to exchange. Exchange charges are 400 which are 2 way courier charges. Exchange charges are not applied If the mistake/fault is ours.
Return policy:
Customer need to inform about return within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for product return.
Customer needs to send the product to the address mentioned on the slip through any courier and upon recieving the product, the product amount will be refunded to you via online transfer ( bank/easypaisa/jazzcash).
Note: The Product should be in its Original condition/unwashed when return is received.Â
SALE ITEMS POLICY :Â
Items that are under any Specific SALE section/menu can only be exchanged with any other same section items and cannot be eligible for return.Â
Note : Regular Sale items are both eligible for exchange and return policy(mentioned above).
